Tykon was founded by Directors Woody and Peter in October of 2018. These community minded building professionals identified a gap in the industry for a construction company with relationship building at the centre of its business model.
Tykon believes that open and honest communication must be at the foundation of all builder/client relationships. The Directors prioritise client questions and comprehension from start to finish. Woody
Woody Trevillian has managed high-end home builds and renovations ranging from simple bathroom renovations to a $6 million new build. From grandiose Brighton mansions, to technically testing renovations, he has brought his expertise to it all. His technical building acumen and expertise is enhanced by a broad range of renovation experience on older properties. A true craftsman, Woody prides himself on his meticulous attention to detail, ensuring quality control measures are at the forefront of every Tykon project.
Peter
Peter Theo has Project Managed and Site Managed a wide range of residential and commercial projects of up to $15 million in value. Peter’s experience is multifaceted, having gained insight from working on multi-level residential builds, high-end aged care facilities, schools and residences. He insists on careful planning and a thoughtful construction methodology; a real stickler for detail. Peter has particular expertise is building foundation requirements, enabling Tykon to tackle Melbourne’s varying ground conditions confidently, while delivering projects that stand the test of time.
